  • Borden & Riley Paris Paper Sketchbook

    5x7, 40 Sheets

The sketchbook I actually reach for. Paris Paper is the smoothest pen-and-ink surface I've found, 108 lb so nothing bleeds through, side spiral so the hand stays flat. Micro-perforated sheets pull out clean when a piece needs to leave the book. A working notebook, not a precious one.

  • Canson XL Marker Pad

    A4, 100 sheets

The budget Copic-friendly pad. Canson XL has a built-in barrier that stops alcohol ink from soaking through, ultra-white sheets that don't shift the color you're laying down, and a glued binding so pages come off clean. 100 sheets total. The pad to practice on, fail on, fill up before moving to a finished-piece sketchbook.

  • Mixed Media Sketchbook

    9"x12", 60 sheets, 98 lb

The do-everything sketchbook. 98 lb mixed media paper that handles watercolor, markers, acrylic, pencil, charcoal, and ink without warping. 9 x 12 inches and hardcover for stability. Spiral binding so the book lays flat or folds back on itself. 60 sheets. The book for when you don't know yet what medium the piece wants to be.

  • Crehatos Small Sketchbook

    5.5"x8.5", 2-Pack

The pocket sketchbook, in a two pack. 5.5 x 8.5 inches, top spiral, 100 sheets per book. Lighter weight at 68 lb, which makes it a dry-media sketchbook for pencils, pens, and charcoal, not markers. Slightly textured surface for tooth without grain. Perforated sheets pull out clean. Built for the bag, not the desk.

  • Crehatos Tracing Paper

    8.5"x11", 100 Sheets

The tracing pad. 100 sheets of 38 lb vellum that's thick enough to handle pressure and ink but translucent enough to see through cleanly. Use it for transferring designs, overlaying ideas, or building up a drawing in layers without committing to a final until you're ready. Dry media only.
